don't get carried away

I got inspired watching the bulrush plant using wind efficiently to transport its seeds.
This weed has grown abundantly in front of Narayana Engineering College, Nellore., where i am  working now, all this weed has started to shed its seeds with fine hair (fluff) and they are effectively transported by wind.  These seeds have no control on their movement and they are just picked up by the slightest breeze and carried over long distance.

From this i have derived my own parlance on how  a person looses his aim constantly and continuously.

a person should have strong will and panache for guiding him self towards his goal
Our vision is restricted with in a 60 degree cone, but when we concentrate the same cone turns 180 degrees and allows us to concentrate and watch fine details.

at some time we loose our concentration and get deviated from our goal.  We will hardly realize that we have deviated from our goal,

"CREATE A POWERFUL GOAL AND DECLARE IT TO EVERYONE, WORK FOR THE GOAL, OTHERWISE  YOU WILL WORK FOR SOMEONES GOAL"

life with out a powerful goal is like a traveller travelling with out fixing a destination
if u have a goal and you take your eyes of the goal now and then, u have to pay heavy prize .
there are lot of factors that distract/grabs one's  attention, like
*Changing your employer, for a better working environment, pay package...etc.,
*Starting your own enterprise
*Changing the working area/domain, the other bank/side of the river always looks green.
*Lucrative Internet based/real estate commission business
*Helping every one out of the situation what ever they are in
*calling/answering phone calls and sms
*Replying/commenting to all emails, sending BDay wishes every one in your contact list, greeting every one regularly on important occasions
*Regularly socializing with colleagues, neighbours, relatives, friends,........etc (dinners, parties, community events, charity......)
*Joining every social website u come across and searching for friends
*Uploading photos into WWW and commenting on others photos
*writing blogs to spread u r gyan(knowledge)/experiences
*Use search engine effectively
*Don't think about investment/new purchase of property, u r net worth, .......

All the above distractions can be easily managed by saying "NO" to less important things which can be done later in life. after achieving your goal.

say "YES" to any thing that will help you to reach your goal
*Make friendship with people who have similar goal
*Share your failure/success story with people working for similar goal
*Read printed journals/mag zines/newsletter which throw light on advancements related to your goal
*Join work groups related to your goal
*Attend conferences/seminars by eminent persons which will give you a new perspective
*Engage your self in learning new things every day
*Don't think about present pay package/designation/workload/family problems/financial problems......

saying "yes" for the right things at right time that will lead to your goal
saying "no" to every thing, every time that will distract you from your goal
